Yeah this one isn't that good in my opinion. It's not so much guessing what someone will choose as it is choosing for them, and it's really not hard to figure out. You'd have to get lucky and have them always pick the same piles so you could always get rid of 2 or get rid of 1, if you start keeping the pile they pick sometimes and not others it's going to be incredibly obvious.
