actually they were, this show came out around the same time megaman 7 did, and pharaoh man did show up in another episode where megaman copied his pharaoh shot and promptly got punched in the face by pharaoh man. and seeing as he and skullman are from the same game... yeah they had NO excuse.

@InfernoDragon1 That'd be because the requisite Mega Man game for those guys wasn't out when this cartoon was made :P
Some people do suspect, though, that had the show continued, they would've adapted the rest of the series more faithfully. Including having Protoman turn good.

this episode was a missed oppurtunity for this show, instead of using generic vampire bot, generic mummy bot, generic werewolf bot, etc. they could have easily used shade man, pharaoh man, and skull man instead. what were they thinking?!
