Check out Stew's new home: http://www.FaceBook.com/MilitaryFitness for a bunch of great new stuff going on with Stew's http://www.FitnessTrainingInstitute.com

From my website article:

After researching the TRX when the National Strength and Conditioning Association endorsed the device and its programs, it was clear to see why professional athletes like LaDainian Tomlinson of the Chargers, and Mixed Martial Arts Champions like Bas Rutten, military special ops teams, military boot camp, SWAT teams, and other law enforcement agencies are using the Suspension Training TRX.

  • Stew...awesome video. I've been searching for a detailed, comprehensive list of TRX exercises to compare traditional weight-lifting exercises...and here it is! Thank you!

  • Stew, how does the TRX compare to Elite rings(or any gymnast rings)? From what I can tell they have the same concept just with different handles and prices.

  • @CrossfitRJG CROSSFIT... lol

  • Make a list of the 250 exercises, sir! As another hopeful military recruit using a TRX to get into shape, I would like to learn as many moves as possible! Less than 10% body fat to lose, and hopefully my eyes aren't too bad!

  • Man, I need to get rid of these BINGO ARMS!!! Hahah

  • @lostinthought247 way to tell Stew Smith how to workout... lol

  • will the trx help me get ripped or toned up

  • I started out doing this...and he is right...this kind of workout does a better job than lifting...but i just bought cargo straps and some handles and rings....works the same

  • haha bingo arms thats awesome

  • ive noticed on the website that there are a number of different specific workout downloads, but nothing that has a large variety of workouts in one manual;( would like to know myself if there is a comprehensive manual.
