The solution to Africa's (and the WHOLE WORLD'S) problems is mandatory sterilisation for all women after 2 babies, irregardless of race, religion, nationality, etc. And mandatory sterilisation for any man who is convicted of a violent crime, and for the smooth "charmer" types who prance around the neighbourhood impregnating young gullible girls.

@AIKevorkian At the age of 18, I was convicted of a violent crime which I did not commit. I have since put myself through college and today I dedicate every single day of my life towards making myself a productive citizen, as opposed to a consumptive one. In my own small way, I want to leave this world better than when I came into it. I really think it would be a discredit to the human race were I to be phased out of the gene pool by an arbitrary system of mankind.

@AIKevorkian Notwithstanding a few problems of application, I do think your solution may have promise. I definitely agree that there is a problem of too many humans putting a strain on Earthly resources, but we just have to work out a few kinks in your solution.

Money cannot save Africa. Africans need to take responsible for their own lifes. They have to start THINK and then maybe they can create something of their countries. west need to stop aid them and start trade with them! That is the key!
