This guys timing and balance is awful also he so bottom handed
I found the best way to get my timing better is to just play and play and after time it will come naturally

No, if you want to practice on drives he should not do it at a pace which he can not handle. Best to do it with underarms.

Because he is reverse chaining the on drive, starting from various positions off the shot in order to reinforce technique

you dont look comfortable or balanced. I have no idea why palmer hasn't noticed that. All your drives, your playing across the line. What's with that stance??
