Show > Show Options > make sure it's set to 16:9 (Widescreen)
Then, when exporting the file, make sure it's set to 16:9 (Widescreen) instead of 4:3 or Square Pixels.

Very good. I would like to know how can I watch my videos and slideshows in fullscreen instead of a small picture in the middle of my screen. What option menu should I check?
