can you do this in post or is it possible to change the frame rate while you are shooting? What is more efficient ? How is it done in the industry these days?

@International1986 I used a normal camera, then used Adobe After Effects to slow things right down :)

Hey guys, I just used speed ramping in AE. I used a sony HDR HC3, which although can do high speed filming, I didn't use that function because the quality is terrible.

There is no contest between Twixtor and After Effects, its like night and day. The only problem is Twixtor will run you around $600 just for the single plugin.
