  • Wow, amazing :) I tried P90X 2 month ago, but then the holidays hit and I got so busy, miss a couple of days and then stopped all together. You' re motivating me to start again for good this time :) Thank you so much for posting and congratulation for your results. I must say to everyone out there that I could start seeing result in just 2 weeks, specially in my arms. I am going to bring it :)

  • Absolutely amazing! Being that I too am a mom of 3, I only wanted to see before and after pics of other moms of 3. I wouldn't consider myself over weight...I'm 5'6 and weigh 130 (size 6 dress) but I DEFINITELY need to tone up. My friends think I'm crazy but I keep telling them that "thin" does not equate "in shape", because I AM NOT! I do about 30 min of cardio about 3x a week which isn't enough. Thank you much for "showing your ass"...LOL! It's inspiring! I'll be starting p90x this week!

  • @21ismaelable I say start with 8's then move up from there. I found that I had to use different weights for different exercise. Like lawnmowers I use up to a 25lb weight versus any exercises with arms straight out from the side I use 8/10lbs.

  • Thanks for the advice. I'm on day 13 and I was planning on just using the bands cause I was supper afraid of weights.

    What weights do u recommend me to start with? 8 or 10?
