Yes, everything is so nice in this college. You can have a private room outside the university on walking distance. I am not sure whether you can find any private room on the campus. I stayed there in a shared room outside the campus.

@west93 In general the people of Pennsylvania, especially of the state college are so nice that you would love them. They are very sincere, cute, smiley, lovely, punctual, hardworking and devoted people. And of course bad people are everywhere in the world. We cannot escape them.
