Drinks Made Easy Presents: How to make the Champagne cocktail, The Poinsettia.
To make this drink you will need the following:
Cranberry Juice
Your choice of Champagne or Sparking Wine
Your choice of Orange Liqueur(we chose Cointreau)
One or two cranberries and orange twist for garnish
A Champagne Flute or small wine glass (roughly 6 oz)
First fill you glass 1/3 or the way full with your cranberry juice. Next pour your champagne until it is almost to the top. Top it off with a splash of your orange liqueur (we used Cointreau) and garnish with 1 or 2 cranberries and a twist or orange rind. There you go, a nice, refreshing cocktail just in time for the Holidays.
Please remember to always drink responsibly and HAPPY HOLIDAYS

@wicas6 OK, we'll do that. There are basic cocktails like this and things like the Rum and Coke that probably need to be addressed because people have a tendency to pour too much in. You got it! We're shooting tomorrow and we'll add this for you. Thanks!

@drinksmadeeasy yes I woud like to know the exact ammounts of it, and how to mix it? Shake or just mix.. Maybe you could find some easy coctails like these, and make a vid with a few lessons in it - its only a suggestion :)

@wicas6 Question, by proper do you mean the exact amounts of the liquids? We have mostly been focusing on more "hard to make" types of drinks, but we have been tossing around the simpler ones because it really is all about the amount of alcohol you put in them.
