Since many of these sock accounts use vile hate speech where is there no special report user button that would cause youtube to see if that user is doing so?

ok i may have 2 acounts and not makeing a statement agianst this guy how ever i have a production acount and a favorite and playlists acount so i can keep some of my activity secret from my mother but dose that mean i have a sock acount no i dont my mother is nuts and some of the videos i make would get me an earfull so i got another acount shared by me and a couple of friends so multible acounts dosnt mean you have sock acounts and you never call a subscriber that no reason to
