Hey Nathan, Ive been battlin with T-mobile Uksince March 10-present date 4 da iphone 4. Da problem I'm experiencin is, I have such an old price plan (3 time 750) which has been discontinued, it's not available 4 da iphone 4? They are tellin me 2 change my price plan, which I think is a load of rubbish. Da whole point of a price plan is 2 cater 2 individual needs. Tech & products moves fast that's y T-mobile Uk struggle 2 keep up with change & benefit from da advantages it can provide. Suggestion

@T0b0re Aren't they annoying!! I suggest you stick to your guns and tell them you want to upgrade to the iPhone with the same package. Really give them the sob story of how much of a loyal customer you are.If you get rejected- phone up again until they have no choice but to say OK!

The way that I manage to get my hands of a pretty good deal was phone T-Mobile from my current phone on 150 with option 2, 2, 2 and 0 and hopefully you get through to the Loyalty Team or Retentions Dept. Good Luck!

Your video is HILARIOUS... But I do agree, the iPhone isnt all that. It does have problems. However, with that said it is a gorgeous looking phone. Unfortunately, why should you get an early upgrade. Here in the USA, we wait 23-24 months for upgrades. My carrier allows them every 12 months with 2 year renewals, or 1 refurbished every 12 months without renewal. Try another carrier maybe if contract is up?
