  • Do you sell your HHO kits?

  • No,not at this stage

  • im going to try and build a similar setup. any advice or problems you had that i can avoid?

  • Nothing more than I mentioned in this video

Stick to 316 SS and Perspex

  • use nylon threaded rods & nuts

  • That does not conduct electricity

  • Polycarbonate is not good material to use for HHo Units, it has a very low ability to withstand the chemical reactions, it will crack, every time, and in a very short space of time too, it has a saturation content... you probably realise this by now tho !!.

    Thom in Scotland.

  • cover it with solenoid glue...

  • @ionutjakal galvanized.....

  • put some silicone glue

  • Can plates be 316 or do they have to be 316L ? Does the carbon content of 316 versus the lower carbon content of 316L have anything to do with the degradation of the plates and by products produced or yield of HHO? Does your used electrolyte have hexavalent chromium in it ? If not why? If so, do you treat it and how? Sorry for all the questions but it looks like you've been doing this for a while..

  • HDPE can withstand the caustic abuse. Marine grade EDPM (pond liner) makes good gaskets. 316L SS bolts, with brass nuts for non exposed electrical connections are good. Nylon doesn't offer thread life.

  • Use 316 Stainless! Yep! Brass is no good! Poly CARBONATE! Carbon is an excellent conductor, however, I think it was just the heat.

  • Just for starters, the spacing is far, far to much ! good effort though

  • what plastic to use? and stay away from which plastics?

  • Dont fall for all the the clean build comments, concentrate on increased volume. You are close.
