Jody is an independent artist who owns her music; she is ahead of the curve with the business side of things as well as artistically because she can grow her own brand. She doesn't have the pressure of a label executive trying to pull her strings and she doesn't have to go multi-platinum as a label owner...she can sell in the 100K range and make more money than an artist on a major label selling 1 million. Who is going to pay you better than you pay yourself?

Watley continues to be the ultimate artist here....she combines a soulful delivery with a strong stage prescence and and a beautiful set design. Truly underrated throughout the 90s.

@riddim3456 By "whole tape" do you mean the entire Award show program? If that's the case I do have it but this was the only segment that I converted to a digital file.

@riddim3456 Like I said before this was the only segment I transferred digitally. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to equipment that will transfer the VHS video to DVD. But if and when I do I'll definitely share this with you.
