This was a performance done for UCF'S Asian Student Association's Pageant. FOR THE FINAL TIME THE ORIGINAL SONG WAS REMOVED MY YOUTUBE, THIS IS A RANDOM SONG PICKED BY YOUTUBE. ALSO THE FIGHT IS BASED OFF A WUSHU STAFF VS BROADSWORD CHOREOGRAPH. I know she is using a katana, its was a last minute prop.

@makai456 actually, that's probably more impressive, since the shoe is padded, and distributes the force over a wider area, making it harder to break the board.
And for a last minute song substitution, the new song fits surprisingly well.
