  • First I have to give you a 10 on that wall hurdle.... olympics 2012 = ] Great video. It shows what happens when developers try and force a $2,000,000 neighborhood into a $400,000 neighborhood. What were they thinking? Power lines, flight path, Chula Vista? And then lets give this guy or gal a $1,500,000 loan. I mean, I know they drove up in a Pinto, but they said they make over $10k a month so it's all good =] I really enjoy your vids Jim.

  • Every house in that area will be a foreclosure.

BTW, what is the point of the Koi pond in the way of the front door? How do you get into that house without falling into it a few times. What are these people thinking?

Oh, the doll house with 1-car garage and granny flat. How's that pass city design review? Hideous doesn't do it justice.

  • What's up with the koi pond right at the entry way?

  • Right when Jim walks in.. "it's so nice"... omfg!

  • The house with the barbie house with the pond in front is ugly who the fuck would but a pond or pool right in front of the door I'll be laughing if someone falls and WTF with the Budda in the closet

  • That doll house is so weird, who would design a house like that? Then, the person who was living in it, who stole the tiles and then had 'Buddha' painted in the closet. WTF?!

  • How much is the barby house

  • Seattle WA is starting to be the same way. Houses that were 1mil plus are going for 450k now. We've been looking around and there's so much good stuff out there for ppl who held off on the real estate boom.

  • "Didn't fit on the back of the pinto"

  • 2nd sold for 730K, should of taken the other offer!

  • Jim is the best!

  • These are excellent videos.

Your perspective tells it like conditions are on the ground. A total 180 of the censored version in mainstream media.
