  • And of course eat mostly fruits and veggies :) if you need help I be glad to help you!

  • To avold this from happening to anyone else please dont be a vegan! Consume raw organic eggs, fish, seafood, dairy and.meat. If you do this you will stay away from processed foods and will eat very little cooked foods.

  • @Liendelou, out of interest what about her eyes indicates that she may have a thyroid issue?

  • Great video, thanks for sharing your story Michelle:)

  • the processed food can be highly addictive as they put chemicals in the crap to make people want more. I had a hard time with chips, but the last time I ate them, I noticed I started feeling really depressed & seriously had no reason to feel that way. I attributed it to the chips & have stayed away from them. Right now I have some raw bbq chips in the dehydrator. I don't eat the dehydrated stuff really but it's there for when I want something other than fruit and veggies. Good transitioning food

  • Thanks for sharing Michelle.

  • I can relate to this since I binged on a whole pizza and a whole pint of ice cream today for lunch. A couple of years ago I was completely raw and lost about 75 pounds. I stopped and starting binging and now have a closet full of clothes that don't fit.

Good luck Michelle it's a hard journey. I am not sure if I can stop.

  • I love them! So positive!

  • Good luck!

  • What are you eating Michelle? What ratio of greens fruit and fat are you doing to have lost 30 lbs in three weeks?
