Bought this robomop two days ago and it works TWO DAYS ONLY too! i had to ask the agent to give me a replacement but i have to pay extra US3-4 dollars for the courier! :-( the ball was slow and struggling after TWO DAYS only! does this happen all the time?

If you use it near a stairs, just roll up a towel and block the stairs with the towel. That way it won't fall off.
