(Cynthia snoozes while Jane mashes)
Saves time and intensifies flavor to use the pressure cooker. Add garlic for an extra dimension (or try adding a little wasabi powder for a little kick).

  • I like the design of that pressure cooker - what is the brand? A lot of cheap pressure cookers hit the market for Christmas a few years ago.

  • @catothewiser Kuhn Rikon or Fagor are good brands. I have both.

  • Don't buy Jane as Cynthia's Mother.

  • @bigcrowfly how about Cynthia as Jane's mother.

  • @kastnmagic Pressure cooker recipes, unless otherwise noted, always default to standard pressure, 15 PSI. 10 minutes for potatoes sounds about right for that pressure level.

  • How many pounds of pressure?? 5 or 10 #'s ??

  • you look so very much like Megyn Kelly of Fox News.....nice

  • Yumm! Wish I had a pressure cooker. Using vegetable stock might add another level of flavour as well, and would be more realistic seeing as you'd need less than if you were boiling, too. Nom... Hungry!!

  • Jane, where is Joaquin's papa?
