  • Turmeric is not curry powder. Curry powder is a blend of several spices including Turmeric which gives curry powder a yellow colour. Turmeric is just one ingredient used in curry powder.

  • Ooops!!! haaaa thanks for clarifying.. it's not an ingredient we use often so we apologize for the misinformation! :)

  • After seeing the two of you on the Houston SGN channel make fry rice for the New Year, I have to say that I was soooo embarrassed of Vietnamese people. I will admit that my Vietnamese is not as fluent as my parents' or some of my brothers or sisters. However, when I do speak, I make sure I not only pronounce my words correctly but, I also use correct grammar. It's not funny. Being born in America is no excuse for cultural ignorance. It pissed me off when the Chinese stations are so much better.

  • i cooked this and it tasted so goood

  • fresh rice with be mushy and wouldn't go well so old day rice

  • that looks good

  • @AirsoftShizsAndGigs turmeric

  • @lyovera1 should be day old to allow the rice to dry up or else when you cook it fresh it'll over hydrate and be really mushy........or just cook the rice really dry

  • does it have to be day old rice? or can it be fresh rice?
