  • Fantastic gear! The D-50 and the DX7IIFD. Wonderful! Atari ST was a cheaper alternative to a Mac for MIDI application.

  • @dvamateur Dude, its early okay. 1.x, 2.x...

  • @wendileona Not very earliest. It's version 2.2. I have 1.22

  • Let's not forget that this is a fascinating video on the very earliest version of Mark Of The Unicorn's (MOTU) Performer! Great program, looked like this through version 3 or something, early 00's I think. Except it was Digital Performer by then. Roland would bundle it with a few of their keyboards along with a beige cable, upto about the mid to late 90's.

  • @ItaloBen ..Well said! But very funny considering her rocking out is just that..midi can't give the feel and groove of a talented musician playing live.I've always felt that midi was best for composition and other styles of music apart from rock..

  • early nerd chick :)

  • Why would she have a TR-505 paired with a DX7 and D-50? Not that the 505 is bad by any means, but if you're going for top-of-the-line with the synths, why not the drum machine?
