They stopped restoration of this house back in 2007. Like all of the homes in the area, they have started to slide back into ruin.

The moment you're out of the house, the criminals clean it out.

The criminals are / will be more persistant than you can be guarding the place. The lowlifes are there 24/7 and you and the house will succumb to being robbed, vandalized and assaulted.

great video! i've been to detroit twice and i haven't seen this house. I'm wondering how big brush park is, because I was around Beaubien St. and it seemed like there were no houses around, just empty lots.
