Revisiting the unprecedented travel ban slapped on attorney general Amos Wako, the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights says the AGs tenure is as a consequence untenable. The state-funded human rights commission says Wako should step aside as the ban would hinder his ability to perform his duties. And as NTVs Brenda Mulinya reports, Amos Wako is on the other hand stepping up his own defence.
