This is an instrument I just completed that rotates vials back and forth by 90 degrees. By controlling the wait time between rocks, and the total # of rocks we can control the self assembly of peptoid polymer solutions to make highly-ordered nanosheets. This version of the device introduces temperature control, by means of an aluminum water-jacketed vial block.
