This guy sold me my first guitar about 5 years ago. A telecaster. He lectured me for about a half an hour about random shit while blowing cigarette smoke right in my face the entire time. Still, that guitar was AWESOME, and he knew what he was talking about.

Dan's shop is the only guitar shop I used to enjoy frequenting with my ex when he took me on tedious guitar shopping expeditions. It's a great fuckin' shop.

The burger and cupcake place is across the street.. They were just showing a bit of the surrounding area. I wasn't aware that cupcakes were negative or stereotypical. This is the funniest comment EVA! ;)
