Greece is no third world country.
Dont forget about the Danish, English, Dutch, Norwegian and many more European seamen.
(And they are a lot less arrogant then Americans)
So get your facts right!
The Dutch and Norwegian definately build better ships.

I totally agree that American seamen and ships are of the highest quality. But since you are experienced and educated, can you explain the following figures?

American ships and seamen are of the highest quality in the world. The only reason third world slobs like Greeks have a bigger fleet is cause they operate at a much lower cost and pay their crews shit.
