Kauai Hawaii October 2010

We stayed on an old Kauai Homestead Farm in a one bedroom cottage. It was amazing to see hundreds of coconuts in one coconut tree, banana trees, avocado trees, and a lime tree too. All ripe and ready to pick. The front yard was half an acre, all green grass. Stayed busy a hole week moving around the island seeing as much as possible and doing it on a budget. We rented a bad car at Island Car Rental and wound up going to Thrifty Car Rental for a
much better ride that started when needed. :) Did a lot of home cooking and BBQ'n. Kilauea Falls was my favorite place of all. The Kuilau Ridge Trail was fabulous too. Do not miss Kauai, it's unbelievable.
