  • I have a sticky note telling me to read a book for 2 hours on top of my xbox360... Sticky notes are awesome and that's the method that works for me, if i didn't put a reminder I would probably forget and watch a lot of tv and video games.

  • Our family does watch TV maybe a total of 3 to 5 hours per month. Yes, per month! But as agreed with some of the other comments, the computer has our attention for 5 to 8 hours per day.

  • TV may not be the right word to use, how about media (Internet, movies, TV)
