I stayed at BUREAU Shinagawa for two months just after we opened and the Japanese bath/sauna, view, and beautiful design of the building is amazing. Can you please tell us all about how to get / rent an apt in Japan (all the fees), what monthly rents and utility costs are, please? Looks VERY posh, this place.

@GimmeKitty Basically, at a serviced apartment all the costs are included in the rent. You will have the internet, utensils, appliances, tax, etc., all included in the rent. I stayed here for about a month, and it was amazing. The concierge service was always helpful, and I still crave the breakfast after over 2 years.... Beautiful building, and it really is less than 10 minutes to the JR line!
