I felt pain, them cutting me open, etc. cuz I wasnt completely numb. :( i had severe pre-eclampisa, and they feared that i would suffer a seizure or lose a kidney, so they started cutting me open as soon as the epi was administered. so basically i didn't become completely numb 'til minutes AFTER the baby as born. You best believe I was hollering and fussing at them. And my mom was rushing to hosp from my job but she missed the birth by 10 mins, doc team said it was an emer & couldn't wait...

I had a c-section because my son was breech. It was the easiest thing ever. I'm hoping to do it the next time too.

that's because the anesthetic only covers the pain but not the 'physical force' that the doctors doing to try and 'pull' the baby out.

I was born with c-section, and my mother told me that she woke up once. She couldn't feel pain, but as someone was 'pushing' her stomach. :)
