you're wrong my friend, all Android based phones can take up to 32 GB microSD (16 gb microSD is official but not quite sure about 32 but im sure i read it somewhere before).
Also, a new HTC Hero has been released without a chin, you might wanna check it out.
the 8gb is probably the internal memory for you to install apps on, i think that's more than enough, there probably will be micro sd like any other android phone
I think that the htc hero is pretty cool but i have a really bad feeling that it might be for sprint and i dont want to switch... so i might just buy the mytouch for the full price and just wait.
I don't like them either. :-/ Much prefer the trackball (or nothing). Frankly, none of them are what I'd consider "perfect". Honestly, I'd like iPhone specs with the Android OS. Think I'll be waiting awhile...
well i already have the g1 right now but i really dont like the keyboard. its just to bulky for me so i guess i can wait for the i7500 but i dont really like the directional keys on that phone either.
I hear ya. Trying my hardest to buy Android & I thought this would bridge the "iPhone gap". So far, 2 big fat negatives with this phone. 1. No 3.5mm headphone jack. WTF? 2. Limited to 8gb microSD card for storage. If that's true then I won't buy this. The myTouch (awful name) is OK, but no headphone jack at all sucks. 3.2" screen is kinda a bummer too. There's the HTC Hero but that Chin! Agh! I'm leaning toward the Samsung I7500. 3.5mm jack, OLED, 8gig+sdhc card slot.
I was/am very excited about this phone, but I recently heard that it only has a 2.5mm headphone jack? Can you confirm this? If true... what a bummer. :-/
what the fuck ?
