What do you guys mean they shouldn't have published? This is science, you can't do a study and then cancel it when you don't get the results you think are "right".

Sorry, I totally agree with @boondockerz.

Holla! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father lost a lot of weight with it.

@blackashell13 Genes do cause people to have alot of different builds, some people have a naturally heavier set build. Go to Europe, you can see healthy people of all shapes & sizes - you'll notice that NONE OF THEM ARE AS OVERWEIGHT AS HALF OF AMERICANS. Fat people eat too much and don't do enough exercise - there's no getting around it being a problem of glutonous people that lack self-control

@mrekbass ...... yes it does. The problem is that some obese people get oversized stomachs & appetites from gross overeating. So theres no getting around a few hunger pains if your used to overeating.
But the grossly overweight did this to themselves, so they're just going to have to deal with it for a few months till they return to normal state after deforming themselves.

That's the message that you want to send to morbidly obese brain dead americans; Don't exercise.

There is also the point that weight loss and body composition are two different things. Even if exercise doesn't lead to weight loss because of enhanced appetite, it sure makes a hell of a lot of difference in how you appear, not to mention the numerous health benefits. Eg skinnyfat vs. "toned" or simply, lean

@boondockerz Thank you, Socrates.

So Ana doesn’t like that message but she is sending the message that exercise and a proper diet will decrease hunger. They do not! Hunger is the aspect that all alleged health gurus never account for. Proof; who do you know that has ever lost a large percentage of their body weight and kept it off over the long term. Sorry, it doesn’t happen!
Everybody always wants a BS shortcut- Exercise doesn't help? LOL There are no shortcuts to being in good health. Stop eating crap and exercise- No pain, no gain is a cliche but absolutely true.

It helps with increased metabolism. Exercise is good for you, but it won't burn a big mac.
In short, be smart mofos.
