  • For those who are intrested i have designed a t-shirt for those of us who flip tires working on youtube video now email at wallacesmith55@gmail.com

  • @pxoxgxo @swoleneck you can drive out to any rural area where there are large farming operations, and they will practially pay you to take them. weights range between 250-600 lbs usually depending on what you're looking for. they give them away because disposal fees cost too much, so it's not uncommon to find a farm who farms 1500+ acres who has dozens of them sitting around that have been damaged beyond repair.

  • where can u buy tires like that online

  • Where do I get a tire from?? I wanna do this so bad

  • Zach you are the man, but ... most of these guys are totally flipping the tire wrong. I know from experience because I hurt my bicep doing it this way. They are doing it the (ugly) deadlift way (except the guy with the white shirt black shorts); feet close to the tire. Feet and hips should be way back, chin on top of the tire, chest against front of tire and pushing through the tire at an angle, like you said, but they are do doing what you said. Others should know this is bad form. Just saying.

  • what exactly does the tire flip training work im just curious??

  • omg what a work out..very strong people..and what they are trainig for?..some soport or just for fun????

  • Very good core lifting, I started doing tire flips and strong man training years ago. I'm trying to implement them into the high football training that I'm doing at my son's school. It's all new to them so it has taken me some time to get them on the board so to speak. I'm 42 and still train with the football team and squating over 650lbs power clean and pressing over 225lbs bench pressing over 350lbs. So I hope to get them on board more to help all the kids get stronger with strong man training

  • Pretty sweet! How heavy was the tire?

  • good stuff
