I couldn't get the new menus to do anything i scanned through the video several times to see if i had missed anything but i got all of it.

@axljacoby - Well thats because you didnt miss anything - I never assigned the new button to do anything hehee - you have to assign what they are to do first - if you are interested in getting the new menu button to do something you should be watching Mega tutorial 6 - the art of the Bonus on my channel - which will help you out further with menus.

As Far As VX Goes, I Dont Use VX, But VX Uses The Same Language So If You Know How To Edit The Basics Then You Will Be Fine.

I Dont Use The Earlier Versions Of RPG Maker, I Dont Have Anything Against Em - I Just Learnt RPGXP First....

& judging by the lack of commitment nowadays I cant really afford dif tuts.

This isnt regular RMXP though, this is the Japanese version. It doesnt work for the regular.

Um So did you make a tutorial on how to shift the menu around? Like, If i delete the "Steps" menu instead of the "Playtime" menu, how could I shift the playtime mnue down so that theirs room for the new menu buttons??

It works for XP english version. I just did it, everything happened like he said it would. Thanks a lot, this is the best tutorial I've seen! :] I'm just happy I got the variables and switches down @_@ I just started using this 3 days ago. Bah.
