nice throwing man, can't wait to see some big pr's out of you, keep posting vids. i'm just coming back from tommy john surgery from june 22nd, 2010, i can't wait to start practicing again, i've been injured since 2008 i want to see what i can do healthy for once

Nice that you can throw again! I had elbow surgery in juli and I'm able to throw easily atm, not full power yet :( Don't think I can compete untill July/August.

training is going great this year thanks god. i had a surgery too, on my elbow two years a go and i know what is feel when you touch javelin again.
