@bsgfan1 dude i figured it out! you have to press forward FIVE times quickly, then press B (in gloomy side). if you press forward only 3 or 4 times it will deal 4 or five hits, respectively.

I figured it out! you have to counter-hit using the move where she hits down low with the ring (either with the second hit of her >A vB combo (Jolly side), or her back-sideways 8-way run move (Jolly or Gloomy). Remember, though, it has to be a counter hit.
