@rogelbahakel This is a Model A, NOT a T, And they're actually pretty easy to drive, You just gotta practice quite a bit.

@FFarmerCharlie for real car lovers no :)
-
i didn't realize how hard it was to drive the model t's.

I've always thought that it would be really neat to have a car like this. It's just so different from how things are now, but you can definitely see that they were about to find out the magic formula for sorting the controls and whatnot in the way almost all modern cars now have them.
Brilliant!

Yup, and some model A wheels. Other than that, just hang on to it and give it some tlc, trucks are harder to come by.

@CaptainZeek Fo Sho!, when i go out to my whip and fire it up i always move the spark advance to the top bro! Keep it reel, West Side homie!

Great video. The end blew me away,,, I recently bought an almost identical truck. The only difference, mine doesn't run.
-
@CaptainZeek agreed, it should be. pretty nice model a though, pretty original, just needs some tlc!
-
much more difficult than "turn the key"
The spark advance should be "up" or "retarded" when you start the truck. After it starts, you should pull down to "advance" and adjust accordingly for driving. If a Model A is timed properly, starting the engine with the spark lever down should cause the engine to hold or kick back, which may damage the starter drive.

Is it weird for this to be a 17 year old's dream car?
