If they were smart they could have done very well from collaborating with you.

Someone in there marketing department needs to tell them to change their tune quickly.

Hey Scott, you should look into WestJet. I fly with them whenever I can, and they've always been great to me. They don't charge extra for two bags, and when I flew with them recently with an obviously overweight bag, they just ignored it and didn't charge me anything extra. I don't know what their coverage is like in the US, but here in Canada they're awesome!

My suggestion will be never to fly Delta again, if they are such wimps that they will have to hide behind lawyers. Real men don't do that.
