@poopguypenis2 What entitles me? Being human, at first, and being a citizen that pays taxes, in second place. None says a physician should be forced to do anything for free. Besides the fact that he has taken an hippocratic oath, the vast majority of western countries have public healthcare nets that take care of the doctors payment. People that have a job pay a monthly small price for medical insurance. And for those who are unemployed, the state provides healthcare for free in public hospitals

This guy´s argument is ridiculous. If the state doesn´t care for the citizens health, then there´s no point of being a country at all. It´s the first issue that one nation should care about. That´s what taxes are for. People´s health is not another comsumer´s product that one chooses to buy or not. It´s a human universal right. Here, there, and everywhere.

When I got cancer I got free treatment.I could not work so the government gave me some money

while I was sick.Not a massive amount,but just enough so I could keep the lights on and not lose everything.

I'm British,we pay national insurance.It's not much but if you work you pay it.

I find nothing wrong with this,and it stops our private Hospitals charging silly money.

I find the public option a rational way to stop Private insurance fixing the price year upon year.

This guy is a doctor. He took an oath to become one and practice medicine.

His first remark about healthcare as a service is a mockery of that oath. Healthcare is NOT the same as an auto body shop. Fender fixers don't take an oath to care for your injured car despite the conditions.

So, what is he up to? Hey, be grateful you live in the USA where you can be rewarded for your service with something besides chickens.
