@95ath VC is rather different to metallica. Try listening to Van Canto's music on it's own. They are a good band.

@0cscott I was the same, but now I do enjoy a couple Metallica songs. Only Master of puppets, battery, and for whom the bell tolls. Love all VC's stuff

@ilikepieqwerty VC is very different. I was a little shocked when I first heard VC. But once you get use to it, the are amazing. They are a different metal band, and that helps them. With that difference, a lot of people think about their music and what makes it work so well.

@CliffemAll1983 If you listen to VC's music on it's own, it is rather good. I didn't like metal bands until a friend gave me VC, then I got into Metallica. I still don't like much of Metallica. But my point, give VC a chance on it's own. They have great songs, and their covers sound very good.
