A clip of MCM in the finals lot at the WGI Mid-South Percussion Championship playing the opening segments of there 2011 production, "Mantra."

MCM finished finals out on top this weekend with a 92.000. RX finished 2nd with an 89.650.
I think this year is gonna be a battle between MCM, Pulse, and RCC at world championships. RX could be in the mix, but we'll see...
Let me know what your predictions are in the comments below. (If anyone reads this)

Thanks Alan, for the great footage!

  • @kv9109 That body work in the pit is bad ass!

  • @Ashatfield75 He was one of my students in high school! I'm so proud of him! GO JACK!! Represent!!

  • @quintman15 He's the center tenor for The Cavaliers this year. :]

  • Hahaha at 1:03 through end of the first lick, the quad closest to the snares is getting waay into it! Looks like he's having conniptions or something

  • 1 person was smoking weed during Wgi Finals and they thought Rhythm X should have won because they were so chill....

  • Front ensemble choreography FTW!

  • @MLanning I think they could do without the visual ensemble running around the whole time. Some of the forms get really congested and don't look as cool because of them. But they need them to move all 36 damn snares around which i Think they could just stick to one set of marching snares and one set of field drums

  • @MLanning i was dozing off during x's show also

  • @buckdacious Last night, I made the same prediction. The first time I saw X's show at the Dayton regional, I started to doze off. Granted, I didn't get much sleep the night before, but I was excited to see the show. Despite the fact that there is so much going on on the floor, the show still manages to lack any real excitement. I was actually far more impressed by Redline, United, and Matrix.

  • That pit body work is so distracting
