Oh good grief, it is NOT flat!!!!!

And it's tire, NOT tyre.

Some engines do not have a primer system, so the mixture is set very rich during cranking. After several turns, fuel begins to run out the exhaust stacks, then the mixture is leaned out while still cranking until it eventually fires.

So, yes, that's raw fuel that is puddling under the engine.

@brasso4u One of the best comparisons of American and English that I've heard goes as follows: Americans call a slut a tramp, a tramp a bum, a bum a fanny and a fanny a pussy. There are plenty more that you could have said, you have trunks, not boots, fenders, not wings, gas, not petrol. I like this diversity.If we all said everything the same, how boring would that be. Also, I have driven cars in America and Europe, and I prefer driving on the right side of the road in a left hand drive car.

@Polybun Hell yeah! And cut off the muffler too and add a smoke system! My old smoky wore out RX-7 motor did wonders for the gas station attendants! I loved the look on their faces when I fueled up! Then I went to Wyotech with it and the rest of my class nicknamed me "Spyhunter" because of the mass amounts of smoke it poured out at freeway speeds. Smoked out all four lanes of I-80 once too. Good times.
