Windmill after rehab with kettlebells. A 9% perm. partial disability from a 17 year old L5-S1 back injury still exists. Solid core now holds the structure.

  • @hellomynameis151 If your ever go thru the RKC , you will learn a windmill with the non-working arm 'tracking' down the inner aspect of the forward leg. It allows for the second bell to be positioned by the forward leg so you can grab it without looking down for the bell.

    I am just learning with a 12 kg and I am soooo stiff at the moment, hope I can loosen up and do some bigger stuff when I get more used to the KB - only been at em 4 weeks - I love them already !!!
