I think I can relate to making that connection with someone in a short period of time where you really get on. It's happened to me a few times when I was riding either the bus or trolley and I end up having a conversation with someone and it's like we almost already knew each other. Then one of us has to get off at our stop but I never thought to exchange numbers.
