Two daredevils -- each climbing the building on Thursday, within hours of one another.SOT: Bloomberg The two men were both arrested when they got to the top. The first to scale the building was Frenchman Alain Robert, who has climbed numerous buildings in the past. The second was 32-year-old Renaldo Clarke, whose father seemed to advocate his son's actions.SOT: Clarke's father Now -- police and building designers are taking notice. By Friday evening, plywood was in place covering gaps that could be used to access the building's slatted exterior. The buildings design has the slats to keep out sunlight and reduce energy costs ... But Robert says that's exactly why he chose to climb the building, saying in terms of difficulty: it's a one on a scale of ten.
