i found some burdock...was waiting to harvest some roots for the first time ...saw two plants growing and left them till 2 year, seeds are going reddish, leaves are dying back now , was going to get those ..hmm might just save the seeds and sow them springtime..

is it worth harvesting the roots of the ones I found d'you think ?

any tips on grwoing them ?
