  • Thanks Chris--I need that--I started Monday not working out at noon and here it is Thursday and I am thinking about not doing it again today. I am so going to the gym today my friend!

  • I couldn't agree with you more. That is my problem - structure and planning. My trainer always shakes his head at me because I have a hard time planning :p.

  • THANK YOU!!!! I also added to my favs. I need structure. I lost my structure. I have 200 lbs to lose. I lost 40 from January to April of this year by counting calories and going to the gym 4 times a week. I hurt my ribs at the gym in April and allowed flexibility. I haven't been back since and I've gained the 40 back. This video was a reality check for me. I need my structure back. I know the first week is hard...I keep putting it off. Wish me luck and thanks again!
