I am not sure that these are all chlamydia!, If you are going to post such material, then show some confirmation,Indirect Immunoperoxidase staining, immunofluorescence. To get a better depth of focus close the iris on the condensor. Excellent internal structures are obtainable with dark field microscopy and invitro samples, particularly when the inclusion body is loosing osmotic integrity. Look forward to an update.
