it should work but if the break is in the middle just splice it together.

Hi man,what can i do to putting the audio jack into the drum?

It basically sounds like what do I do with the jack. First strip the wire and attach the wire to the the jack and then plug it into the cymbal.

the same thing happened to me..except i lost that thing that gets plugged into the cymbal..and my wire is half ripped...is it possible for me 2 fix it? even though i lost that plug that goes into the cymbal

just get the audio jack and put it on the wire.

Ok, does the jack HAVE to be mono to stereo? cus i didnt get the one you got cus they only had a phono stereo to mono.

I got my drum kit at a second hand store but it has two "rubber band things" on the jack, will it still work? I don't have the game yet. (I couldn't pass up a four dollar drum kit.)

Hey, just wondering.. i had the other wire ripped out of my orange cymbal, which was the red wire connecting the sensor to the chip, so i am wondering anybody know how do i fix it?

yo the same thing happened to me but the thing is no one in my family could fix it. i have soldring i ron and electrical tape and a bunch of other stuff all i need is detailed instructions and another audio . if you could have your dad make a detailed video to help us fix it. im sure you got a bunch of other requests from people who wanted detailed instructions. plz help

hey, i already tried doing this myself with the radio shack plug, and I noticed there is wire just below the black cable and another white cable inside, Could you as your dad how he connected or soldered that to the plug??? I just tied both together but that didn't work. Please ask your dad for detailed instructions because he would help ALOT of people out. Thanks again for the video post!
