Some highlights from a recent Radical SR8 race in iRacing.
It was a pretty busy race, due to my huge mistake on lap one. I fell back to 25th (last) place and then had 35 laps to claw my way up the field. I ended up finishing 8th. Not all my passes are shown.

do you choose what type of cars you race or do you not a choice

@mrgunboy14 you have a good selection of cars to choose from if you want to compete in the official iRacing sanctioned race series, and also you can race any car you own in the offline and unofficial race events.

Awesome racing, i gotta get me a wheel and give this thing a try, it looks immense. Do you have to get a license to be able to race these radicals or are they available once you buy a subscription? Also, are there any 'noob' leagues or practice sessions you can partake in before trying your hand at some proper racing ? Thanks to anyone who answers and hopefully see you on the track soon :)

@promenoshi To race the Radical in official series (i.e. races with stat tracking and safety rating) you need a class D 4.0 licence (which is very easy to attain).
If you don't have the licence, you can still race the Radical in hosted (i.e. you set the races up) events or in offline testing.

Does it looks sounds and feels as good as i can see here?

@wdowa94 Yes, if not better. The video is two years old and the sim has improved in that time. A major sound upgrade is underway also, along with various graphics enhancements (e.g. the shadows are far better than seen in this video)
